Engine for the Digital Transformation and Citizen Communications divisions
From May 2019 Heike Karg will strengthen the team of Kaltwasser Kommunikation at the headquarters in Nuremberg. She will work shoulder to shoulder with the management to further advance the innovative spirit of the agency as well as the two areas of digital transformation and citizen communication.
"With Heike Karg, we are pleased to underpin the further development of our agency with personnel. As a business economist with strong project management skills, a very good network in Bavaria and comprehensive know-how in the areas of municipal administration, digitisation and change management, she ideally strengthens our team", says Philipp Nieberle, Managing Director Nuremberg.
With a focus on foundations and innovation management, digitization and modern project management, the native of Upper Palatinate will strengthen the agency's location in Nuremberg and thus its presence in Northern Bavaria. She will be in charge of networking with companies and associations, with politics and science as well as forging sustainable alliances.
One focus of her activities will be to further expand the range of services related to digital transformation. This also includes the "Competence Center Digital Transformation". Another focus is in the area of citizen communication, especially in the projects of participation and approval management. With her multifaceted experience from various industries, she will be responsible for central customers as a project manager.
Heike Karg's previous projects have been characterized by innovative topics and close cooperation with the stakeholders involved. She is also closely involved in teaching and has already worked as a lecturer for corporate management at the TH Deggendorf.
Heike Karg comes from the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits IIS, where she has built up the JOSEPHS innovation laboratory as a project manager over the past five years. The first successful encounters between Heike Karg and Kaltwasser Kommunikation took place in 2015 at the eENA Inventors' Fair. Here, JOSEPHS, together with its research partners and Kaltwasser Kommunikation, presented their innovations. The self-sufficient mini loft KARL, which at the time was converted into a trade fair stand and visitor favorite, was awarded the "Honorary Prize for Special Achievements" by the jury and AFAG.
