In our keynote presentations, we take you on a journey into the living, working and customer worlds of the future, illustrating the emerging innovations, trends and technologies. Through workshops, coaching sessions and projects, we work with you to identify the drivers relevant to your organisation and translate these into your unique vision of the future.
Enable
To ensure the ideas and visions we’ve developed are a lasting success, the whole team and management need to adopt the right mindset. In the ENABLE area, we work with you to develop your own individual roadmap. We carry out site analyses and devise tailored measures to foster the mindset required for (digital) transformation and embed it within the organisation for the long term. To this end, we have developed the Digital Competence Indicator (DCI), a tool that analyses the digital mindset in a scientifically valid and objective manner and provides users with personalised feedback on their performance across the six dimensions of the digital mindset that are critical to success. These dimensions provide us with a detailed mapping of your employees’ individual digital mindset profiles.
In what we call ‘Know My Profile’ coaching sessions, we work with all employees to develop individual mindset learning pathways. These are complemented by workshops and interactive formats from our DCI Academy and can be expanded to include your organisation’s in-house learning programmes.
Finally, by analysing the individual DCI reports as a group, we create an overall picture of your organisation’s mindset, enabling your company to develop holistically in line with the vision previously established. Well-thought-out change communication thus becomes the key to the success of your CHANGE processes. Based on conceptual and strategic considerations, we define your individual stakeholders (and stakeholder groups) and analyse the status quo of your current and planned communication (SWOT). We then derive communication objectives from your business objectives and begin to establish or expand integrated communication measures (both internally and externally). Whether it’s creative storytelling, establishing a robust change narrative, or crafting inspiring success stories – finding, writing and communicating stories efficiently and in a way that is tailored to the target audience is part of our agency’s DNA.
