Enable

To ensure the ideas and visions developed lead to lasting success, the entire team and management must adopt the right mindset. In the ENABLE division, we work with you to develop your individual roadmap for this. We conduct site analyses and devise tailored measures to foster the mindset required for (digital) transformation and embed it within the organisation for the long term. To this end, we have developed the Digital Competence Indicator (DCI), a tool that analyses the digital mindset in a scientifically valid and objective manner and provides the user with personalised feedback on their profile across the six dimensions of the digital mindset that are critical to success. These dimensions enable us to obtain a detailed mapping of your employees’ individual digital profiles.

In so-called “Know My Profile Coachings”, we develop individual mindset learning pathways with all employees. These are supported by workshops and interactive formats from our DCI Academy and can be expanded through your company’s internal learning programmes.

Finally, by analysing the individual DCI reports as a group, we create an overall picture of your organisation’s mindset to holistically empower your company in line with the previously developed vision. Based on conceptual and strategic considerations, we define your individual stakeholders (and stakeholder groups) and analyse the status quo of your current and planned communication (SWOT). We then derive communication objectives from your business goals and begin to establish or expand integrated communication measures (both internal and external). Whether it’s creative storytelling, establishing a robust change narrative, or crafting inspiring success stories – finding, writing and communicating stories efficiently and in a way that resonates with the target audience is part of our agency’s DNA.
