Kaltwasser Kommunikation was founded in 1990 – and we’ve reinvented ourselves many times since then. Since 2022, we’ve been undergoing a generational transition, and Andreas Schauerte has joined our ‘senior’ bosses, Brigitte Kaltwasser and Bernd Hendl, on the management team. Christina Heinickel, Nadja Ismail, Hannah Fischer, Nina Rittler and Maria Brückner strengthen our management team. Together, we’re shaping the agency’s future.

Our backgrounds are as diverse as the world outside. From the online marketing expert with a penchant for organisational development, to the environmental engineer with experience in participatory processes, to the PR specialist with a tractor licence: we are all united by the drive to advance the issues that matter to us. Driven by motivation and interest, we deliver our best work – with passion, creativity and a clear focus on our clients’ needs.

We actively shape how, on what and with whom we work. Both internally and externally, we foster a culture of collegiality and partnership: the team comes first and cooperation trumps competition – except in the race for the best idea. We volunteer in our local community. We support people and organisations close to our hearts with our time, expertise and donations. We have been practising sustainability for many years. In 2021, we produced our first sustainability report. Our motto: #justdoit.
We operate throughout Germany, with offices in Nuremberg, Berlin and Munich.
Nuremberg is our home base, and we have long since established a presence in Munich and Berlin too. Different regions, different perspectives and a team that adapts quickly and confidently wherever we go. Together with our strong network of partners – comprising experts and agencies – we are there where projects take shape and where communication needs to make an impact.
