Shaping
sustainability
.

We live
sustainability.

this issue has been close to our hearts for many years. we have long been committed to a more environmentally friendly, fairer and more socially responsible world. however, this also means that we must constantly rethink our approach, put in more effort and work on improving ourselves. you can read our current sustainability statementunder the german sustainability code here.

major changes require many small steps. that is why our motto is: #justdoit. we are tackling it now, changing the small things that we can easily change, and continuously seeking solutions for the big things that need to change.

Communicating sustainability

When it comes to public perception, sustainability has become a key factor in a company’s image. Whether through CEO communications or employees acting as ambassadors, authentic sustainability communication can only succeed if management leads by example in driving the transformation within the company, if internal stakeholders regularly highlight the issue, and if a culture of sustainability is genuinely embedded. We help our clients communicate their sustainability activities authentically.

Our sustainability goals

The United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are global targets for sustainable development set out in the 2030 Agenda. They are aimed at governments, civil society, the scientific community and the private sector alike. They cover issues such as strengthening efforts to promote peace and combat corruption, as well as protecting the climate and natural resources.

We have identified four specific goals. Why? Because this is precisely where we can make the biggest difference and contribute to sustainable business practices.

Focus on sustainability

The journey is the destination: bayern innovativ has accompanied us on this journey as part of a sustainability assessment in 2021. Using the Corporate Sustainability Navigator, we have reflected on where we stand with our commitment and where our potential for development lies across the four dimensions of economic, social and environmental sustainability, and the management of sustainable development.

The benchmarking was carried out in comparison with 34 European companies in the information and communication sector with up to 100 employees. Our results: above average. That spurs us on.
