Case studies are, above all, a testament to authenticity. They provide proof that a solution is being successfully implemented by a client. The communicative challenge lies in telling this success story coherently across various channels and making it visible. In the case of the IT solution for secure video communication developed by Voigtmann GmbH and Pexip, the successful use case for the Federal Employment Agency has even made it onto the big stage.
A milestone for secure video communication in public sector organisations
Voigtmann GmbH is a leading provider of software solutions and services in the field of scalable and data protection-compliant video communication. With the modular video communication suite, companies, public authorities and institutions can design and simplify their communication with all stakeholder groups in a user-friendly way. As a secure umbrella solution, it integrates existing unified communication tools regardless of the operating system and enables secure exchange via video, chat and audio, as well as collaborative work on documents. The accompanying web app brings people together from anywhere using any device. Since October 2020, the Federal Employment Agency has been relying on the Voigtmann solution, and more than 200,000 calls totalling over seven million minutes have already taken place via this convenient digital communication channel (as of April 2022).
Go-live for new business segment
The aim of the use case with the Federal Employment Agency and all accompanying measures is to highlight the benefits of the newly designed, data protection-compliant and highly scalable video communication solution, particularly for large institutions. This success story also served as the starting point for communications surrounding Voigtmann GmbH’s new business segment. Our task was to position the company as a thought leader in the secure video communication solutions sector and to demonstrate Voigtmann GmbH’s exceptional expertise in this field. We achieved this through interlinked communication measures that make the customer benefits tangible.
Case Study as a Content Marketing Hub
The basis for our activities was the use case with the Federal Employment Agency. Building on this, we utilised various channels with clear storytelling:

For the video communication landing page, we designed an appealing mix of text and graphic elements and placed the case study at the centre. This ensures that prospective clients are engaged with a comprehensive content package.Social Media

In the run-up to the Smart Country Convention, Voigtmann GmbH placed two advertisements highlighting the presentation and linking to the case study with a call to action.
Use Case on Stage
The highlight of the communication campaign surrounding the secure communication solution was the presentation of the use case at the Smart Country Convention (SCCON). Here, we were able to secure the Federal Employment Agency to present our joint success story to a large audience. Stefan Latuski, CEO of the IT system house at the Federal Employment Agency (BA), and Lucas Albracht, product manager for “Mein Videotermin” at the BA, presented in a live session at SCCON how the Federal Employment Agency is breaking new ground with intuitive video communication. The keynote speech was recorded and the Vimeo video was used for follow-up to the event as well as for social media.
