The sole proprietorship Kaltwasser Kommunikation and Fixpunkt GmbH are merging on 1 December 2022 under the umbrella of Kaltwasser Kommunikation GmbH. The two companies share a long-standing partnership spanning numerous projects, whether in brand redesign, visual storytelling, corporate publishing or campaigns for internal and external communication. The consultancy’s focus will continue to be on the overarching business areas of ‘Corporate Communications’ and ‘Public Engagement’, supplemented by the new creative and design division ‘Graphics and Design’. Strategy, content and creation – within this alliance, the Kaltwasser Kommunikation team will continue its growth trajectory in the key areas of energy, infrastructure and sustainability.
 

A trio for the future

Kaltwasser Kommunikation GmbH, with its headquarters in Nuremberg and offices in Berlin and Munich, will in future be led by three managing partners. Brigitte Kaltwasser (59) founded Kaltwasser Kommunikation in 1990 and is responsible for the strategic direction as well as finance and controlling at the communications agency. Bernd Hendl (57) founded the advertising and design agency Fixpunkt GmbH 25 years ago and now heads the Graphics and Design division. The third managing partner is lawyer Andreas Schauerte (41), who has been with both companies since 2016. He drives forward the key areas of internal and change communication and is also responsible for human resources. “Our range of services and expertise enables us to take
