Greater visibility for the necessary modernisation of Bavaria’s electricity grids

The energy transition and digital transformation are not only increasing the need to adapt our infrastructure, but also raising the bar for project communication: after all, there can be no energy transition without the modernisation of the electricity grids, and the expansion of the grid is, at the same time, dependent on acceptance by local communities.

We are therefore working together to seek proactive dialogue with relevant stakeholders in society, the civil service and politics, and – from the start of planning right through to commissioning – we are committed to providing transparent information on individual planning stages to ensure a smoother process.  Early public engagement can increase acceptance of projects – which in turn ensures a calm project process and accelerates the energy transition.

• Conceptualisation of the information fair: Structuring the content to be communicated, content and graphic design of the information stands, event planning and management
• Organisation and implementation: Timetable and schedule, venue planning and location, promotional giveaways, production of information materials and printed products, project presentation, communication and networking
• Communication: invitation management, press and public relations, knowledge transfer to the general public at information stands, press release, website
• On-site support: Coordination of public dialogue, photographic coverage
