Internal communication focuses on the company’s own employees as its core target group. It does far more than simply pass on information. It provides guidance, offers reassurance in day-to-day working life and makes decisions transparent – particularly when there is a lot going on at once. Internal communication connects people with their company, fosters a sense of identity and, at its best, turns employees into ambassadors.

Because communication never stands alone, we always consider the interplay between formal structures, culture and leadership. Internal communication can only be effective when these aspects are taken into account. We draw on insights from change communication and organisational development where they meaningfully support communication – particularly during periods when guidance is needed.

We start from where the organisation currently stands. We analyse needs and identify levers that make a real difference. From this, we develop concrete, realistic steps – whether comprehensive and strategic or as targeted interventions in existing internal communication or leadership processes.
