Staffbase and Kaltwasser are supporting the University of Leipzig with a benchmarking study

Engaging staff effectively and providing targeted information
What kind of content actually works for internal communication? The University of Leipzig is addressing this question in a large-scale study. Together with our partner Staffbase, we are supporting the Chair of Strategic Communication with data collection to ensure the results are as representative as possible. The project is driven by the increasing digitalisation of employee communication, with its fluid evolution, constantly shifting trends and challenges in everyday working life and corporate operations. The benchmarking study ‘Content in Digital Employee Communication’ examines how those responsible are dealing with these challenges and changes, and what content actually works well in practice – a topic we also grapple with on a daily basis in numerous client projects.
Support the research!
You can contribute to the quality of the study with your expertise: we would be delighted if you could spare 12 minutes to answer the questions, helping to produce high-quality and insightful results for yourself and the entire industry. And that’s not all: the University of Leipzig is holding a prize draw amongst all participants for five tickets to VOICES 2020, the leading conference on internal communication and employee experience. Second prize consists of five Amazon vouchers, each worth 20 euros.
