always on the move.

New requirements for
water projects

Dry summers, heavy rainfall, rising investment costs and stricter quality requirements: water infrastructure faces major challenges. To ensure supply, efficiency and public acceptance, expert planning and communication are essential.

Climate change, costs, compliance

Water is essential for life – and is generally taken for granted in Germany. Drinking water flows reliably from the tap, wastewater is safely discharged, and industrial water treatment operates without interruption. Behind this everyday certainty, however, lies a highly complex infrastructure.

Climate change, droughts, heavy rainfall and stricter limits (e.g. PFAS) are increasing the pressure on utilities, municipal services, local authorities and industry. At the same time, investment needs are rising in ageing networks, flood protection and renaturation.

The challenge: to simultaneously master technical complexity, regulatory requirements and societal expectations. Water projects – drinking water, wastewater, industrial water treatment and resource recovery – must operate reliably, efficiently and in an environmentally sustainable manner, whilst ensuring that investments are accepted by the public and stakeholders.

Our mission

Making water visible and understandable

We combine technical expertise, strategic planning and stakeholder management to make complex water projects tangible.

  • Engaging stakeholders: Bringing together the interests of politics, public administration, business and the general public; fostering transparency and building trust.

  • Explaining technical complexity: From drinking water supply and flood protection to industrial treatment processes: we make processes understandable.

  • Support throughout all phases: From planning through construction to operation, we provide strategic, communicative and advisory support.
