The Bavarian distribution network is on the cusp of one of the biggest modernisation projects in its history: more solar power, more heat pumps, more electric vehicles – and consequently a significant rise in electricity demand. Bayernwerk Netz GmbH is therefore upgrading the entire network infrastructure for the energy transition and ensuring that Bavaria continues to be supplied with energy reliably and in a climate-friendly manner in the future.
For us, this raises a key question: how do we turn those affected into active participants? This is precisely where we come in. We provide communication support for around 120 substations, 45 transmission line projects and 80 switching stations – from the approval phase right through to final inspection. Our task: to explain complex infrastructure projects in a way that makes them understandable, accessible and relevant to the public.

To this end, we bring our full expertise to bear: we manage project communication throughout the entire grid expansion, develop public engagement initiatives and formats, design public relations campaigns, create content and visualisations for the media, and coordinate stakeholder management with local authorities, government bodies and regional stakeholders.
