Since 2017, we have been supporting the Strategy Unit at the Siemens Healthineers Headquarter Support Centre in the roll-out of its digitalisation strategy.
In this context, the Customer Service department is establishing new tools, processes, innovative expertise and novel ways of working. As part of this collaboration, we engage the approximately 400 colleagues working internationally through content tailored to specific target groups, deepen their understanding of the changes, encourage active participation in the strategy’s implementation, and inspire them by addressing staff directly. Why? Because these communication measures play a decisive role in achieving overarching goals within the strategy’s sub-modules and in supporting implementation.

- Conceptualisation and content structure of presentations for senior management (enabling dissemination within the company)
