Philipp Nieberle and Christina Heinickel have been heading up the agency office in Nuremberg since March 1, 2016. Both have joined the executive management team as managing directors.

Philipp Nieberle (34) assumes the management and therefore has responsibility of the agency’s office in the Franconian metropolis of Nuremberg. He advices medium-sized companies and large corporations active in Germany and internationally. As managing director of Kaltwasser Kommunikation he is responsible for all activities of the agency.<br/> <br/> Christina Heinickel (35) is also managing director in the executive management team. In Kaltwasser Kommunikation she is responsible for strategic support and consulting of companies in IT, consumer electronics and retail sectors. Based on customer requirements, she creates powerful campaigns so that there is a sustainable awareness of products and brands in the marketplace.<br/> <br/> Brigitte Kaltwasser, founder and owner of the agency will increasingly concentrate on the regional office in Berlin, with the main focus on public affairs. "I have willingly handed over the management of the Nuremberg office to these two extremely competent PR experts. Philipp Nieberle and Christina Heinickel have Kaltwasser in their blood. They embarked on their careers with Kaltwasser as trainees and have a lot of wide-ranging experience under their belts gained through working with a diverse set of companies. They have developed to become highly skilled managers", stated Brigitte Kaltwasser.<br/> <br/> “We are really looking forward to our new responsibilities and will tackle them head on. Brief curriculum vitae of the two new Nuremberg office managers

<br/> Philipp Nieberle received an MA in Political Science and Sociology from the Friedrich-Alexander University (FAU) in Erlangen. He then embarked on his career with Kaltwasser Kommunikation as a trainee – focusing on IT and consumer electronics. Later, he switched jobs and entered the communication department of the IT organization of the Bundesagentur für Arbeit (Federal Ministry for Labor in Germany), the IT service provider for the authorities, and therefore developer and operator of one of the largest IT landscapes in Germany. Philipp's last position was with Rödl & Partner, an international consulting, auditing and accounting company. There he had the role of deputy manager for the global company communication.<br/> <br/> Christina Heinickel has an MA in sociology, psychology and intercultural business communications. Christina learned her PR skills with Kaltwasser Kommunikation, where she started as trainee in 2006, and then later with Fink & Fuchs PR. In both agencies she was responsible for ongoing campaigns for companies such as AEG, Epson, Microsoft, Samsung, Siemens and also Xerox. For Grundig, she implemented the Kaltwasser in-house consulting approach and she was on site four days a week handling all issues relating to PR activities. Consumer/lifestyle marketing, strategy development and change communication represent her main communication focus. As co-lecturer in the practical seminar "PR conception" and "Crisis communication“, she also teaches students at the TU-Ilmenau.
